They’re full-time parents, professionals, weekend warriors — people who train to perform better in life, not just in the gym. Real training happens in real life: tight schedules, long days, and limited time. It’s about getting it done and building capability through consistency. Our flagship program blends strength training, running, conditioning, and functional movements into ~60 minutes sessions — no fluff, no double sessions, no burnout.

Shaun Kneafsey

With nearly 20 years of hands-on training experience, Shaun has lived and coached across the full spectrum of fitness — from endurance sports to strength and functional performance. As a lifelong athlete, he’s completed an Ironman 70.3, raced almost every running distance including marathon, and spent countless hours under the barbell and in the gym.

Shaun created the Everyday Athlete Program for people who want to train with purpose — not just to look fit, but to perform better in every area of life and reach beyond the four walls of his brick and mortar facility, Fortitude Fitness. His approach blends strength training, conditioning, and athletic development into efficient sessions designed for busy professionals, parents, and anyone striving to push their limits without burning out.
