Our flagship “OG” program. We emphasize a well rounded approach and focus on all the fitness aspects EAP truly believes in; Strength training, running/endurance work and functional fitness. You can expect six full training days with DAILY 30-minute options!

Individual Coaching
1-on-1 remote coaching and training program tailored to YOU. From “everyday athletes” wanting to get fit, to those looking to perform in their sport (CrossFit, Hyrox, Endurance, etc).
Features ongoing communication with a coach to continually adapt training to keep you on-track and progressing. Also included is film review and feedback to improve technique and movement quality.
